Catherine of course. Wise woman and witch. Educating on the
Romany traditions and for working in cooperation with animals.
Gorgeous
loyal Tigger, the Clydesdale gelding pulling Catherine's Vardo.
Catherine's dogs, Tahini
and Djengo. Behind bars in the wagon! (best place for the rambuctious 11
month old Djengo
sometimes!!) Tahini is a lovely sweet natured soul.
Jayne, heart sister of Catherine. Her friendly, calm
and matter-of-fact way of interacting with both the travelling humans
and animals makes life a better place with Jayne around.
Gillian, respected vet, mother of Laura and Ethan.
Drives her very cool green 1952 Austin ute with all the gear for her
family. Great fun to have on the Drom and is someone to have a beer with
me!!!
Laura with the cheeky QH cross, Leroy! Laura is
riding him for the journey.
Ethan, even with a plastered broken arm, is riding
his bike. He gets there quicker than all of us!
This is Audrey, Gillian's lovely little dog. She
unexpectedly gave birth to 5 puppies only a couple of weeks before the
journey started. Of course they all had to come!!
Julie is filming our journey!!! More comfortable
behind her camera though than having one pointed at her!
That me (Danni) after I had ridden Tigger into
Burra.
And these are my two border collies, Gypsy and
Wrangler. Steadfast and loyal, I wouldn't be without them.
I'll put some pictures of Mary and her Gypsy Cobs up
once they join us too!!
