Quill has
arrived home at last!! Quill is a yearling filly from Surrey

Royal Melbourne Horse Show
The first ever classes for Gypsy Cobs in
Australia!
The colt class was won by the imported
colt Minstral. 2nd was Journeyman Lad
The filly class by Surrey
Springs Quillian. 2nd the black filly Kesali.
Tia of Surrey
Springs won the mare class. 2nd was Domino of Brackenhill.
Tom of Brackenhill
won his stallion class and was Reserve Champion Gypsy Cob
overall.
Tom also competed in the Draft Turnout Class.
Tia
was overall Champion Gypsy Cob.
The partbred class was won by
Delvin Park Sabre and 2nd was Surrey Spring Nolani.
Fantastic to meet so many people interested in
the Gypsy Cobs and to be able to put faces to people I had only
previously met on email. A huge thanks from me to the Phillips family for
allowing me to buy Quill and for all their help. Also of course
to Karyn Lidgard for all the work she did with Quill in the run up
to showtime.
