Rabicano is quite
common but just not usually identified as such. It is also known
as Skunk tail and other names. I am not sure what its called in
Australia?!
It usually causes peculiar white stripes at the
top of the tail and varying amounts of roaning on the belly and
flanks. It can look a bit like sabino but sabino does not put the
white on the top of the tail plus sabino usually has some sort of
face and leg white.
Of course most Gypsy horses will have
sabino anyway, but it can be identified by the white on the top of
the tail.
